Help @ Hand project
Every year there are several new Toastmaster Clubs, both Community and Corporate, set up in the Division. This is a wonderful testament to the success of the organisation and the increasing numbers of people who have a passion to improve their Public Speaking skills. Starting a club is a challenging and a rewarding experience for those who sponsor the new club. Finding experienced Toastmasters who can help out with meetings and give demonstration or educational speeches has always been the way forward. In response there is Help @ Hand project that is being started in Division H. Please be sure to contact me if you can assist. Speaking Clubs (especially those that are members of Toastmasters International) exist for a purpose. Put simply: to assist the individual develop the confidence and competence in public speaking. In so doing we assist you in personal development. More than ever today the skill of speaking in public is a very important skill to have.

Hand in glove with the skill sets of public speaking is management and leadership. Develop speaking skills with Toastmasters and you will be a better manager and leader. Use the development of these skills to your advantage whether in business or just to improve the quality of your life.
